These terms cover this website, the sample sealed record and verifier published on it, and any message you send us through it. They are deliberately short, because this site sells nothing and asks nothing of you.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by DeployQuantum, from Athens, Greece. AssessQu is a DeployQuantum company. Written questions go to [email protected].

What this site is

It describes a solution and shows the product that delivers it. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement and this page ever disagree, the agreement wins.

What the sealed record proves, and what it does not

The seal proves that a finding was made at a stated time and has not been altered since. It does not prove that the finding is correct, that it is complete, or that it satisfies any legal or regulatory duty, and it is not legal advice.

Any mapping from a finding to a regulation is our interpretation. Confirm it with your own counsel before relying on it. Where this site describes what a rule requires, we cite the instrument so you can read it yourself.

The screenshots and figures

The product screenshots on this site are captures of the running platform measured against a real estate, with every institution anonymised before capture. The numbers in them are the numbers the platform produced. They illustrate what the product does. They are not a benchmark, not a claim about your estate, and not a representation about any named organisation.

The sample pack and the verifier

The sample sealed record and the offline verifier are published so you can inspect the format and run the check yourself. Use them for that. They are provided as they are, with no warranty, and they describe a sample estate rather than yours.

Availability, and what we do not promise

The site and everything published on it are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We may change, move or withdraw any of it. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you rely on here without confirming it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Using the site

Read it, quote it with attribution, and run the verifier. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages. The text, design, logo and product imagery belong to us.

What you send us

What you put in the contact form is handled as described on the privacy page. Do not send confidential material, credentials, or anything about your estate that you are not free to share, through a first-contact form. If you want to share something sensitive, say so and we will agree a route first.

Law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If any part of them is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
